ANW’s most requested production. Your favorite Resident Artists, along with some new faces, are ready to rein in the chaos of this joyfully out-of-control British farce about the auspiciously titled play-within-a-play Nothing On. Step behind the curtain and meet the under-rehearsed and over-worked cast and crew with a penchant for drama more personal than professional. As the production progresses, the bumbling cast brings down the house—literally!

Please note that this production will use e-cigarettes and water vapor.

Running Time: 2 hours and 30 minutes, including two intermissions. Late seating at House Manager’s discretion.

"a superb cast hit[s] the banana peel running and never lets up." - Los Angeles Times
"Noises Off will have you laughing from lights up curtain calls and beyond." - StageSceneLA
"A fast moving romp of the most expert props handling, laser sharp comic timing and funny, naturalistic, three-dimensional characters." - Broadway World
"A Noise Within tackles the comedy with aplomb." - Theatremania
"A production that offers as many laughs per minute as anything you're likely to find in a theater." - Los Angeles Times

Enjoy “The Casting Couch” series, where we go behind-the-scenes with the characters of “Nothing On” as they dish the dirt on the production.

Meet Brooke Ashton, a very, very enthusiastic young actress who’s excited about her first big role, a character name and everything! And she’s… just a little slow.

Meet Poppy Norton-Taylor, the excitable and energetic assistant stage manager who’s recently discovered she’s expecting… something.

Meet Garry Lejeune, a talkative actor who’s rather, you know, and who has VERY  interesting things to say about Dotty Otley.

Meet Tim Algood, the overworked stage manager who’s had to become a jack-of-all-trades but no means master of any…

The cast and crew describe “Nothing On” in a few choice words in our series finale of The Casting Couch.
