Thanks to everyone who enjoyed A Christmas Carol with us this Winter season! We love bringing this holiday tradition to Pasadena every year.

As always, our very own RA Jill Hill decorated the lobby to create a snowy white Christmas and we had apple cider and photo opportunities with your favorite characters. We also had some new additions to the lobby this year, including a miniature Dickens Winter Village presented by Village Addicts Anonymous and ornament decorating for everyone to share their holiday traditions, just a few photos to remember the experience:

Watch the video below to see what you had to say about the show, and see the lobby in all its winter splendor.

More about Village Addicts Anonymous

Village Addicts Anonymous (V.A.A) was founded in 1991 at the Los Angeles Westside Pavilion. From there Village Addicts Anonymous became a popular social club for Department 56 village collectors in Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties.

Village Addicts Anonymous is a proud chapter of the National Council of Department 56 Clubs (NCC) where members meet to share information of new Department 56 releases, participate in village display workshops, share knowledge of secondary markets, enjoy raffles/door prizes and live auctions at every meeting, can buy/sell/trade houses and accessories at every meeting, enjoy club trips, and attend open houses to see member’s holiday displays.

V.A.A is proud to have Department 56 village displays set up at The Ronald McDonald House in Los Angeles, and new this year at A Noise Within. The village display at A Noise Within is themed to their “Charles Dickens: A Christmas Carol” with “Dickens village” and “A Christmas Carol” miniature lit houses and accessories.
