Exchanges Policy

Subscribers can exchange without a fee by contacting the Box Office at 626.356.3121. Single-ticket buyers may exchange their tickets for a $5 fee. Anyone exchanging to a higher-priced seat or performance will pay the difference between the ticket prices. We request that all exchanges be made within 24 hours of the performance.

Note: Single-show 2024-25 PremierPass tickets can be exchanged on June 25.

FlexPass Voucher Redemption

To redeem your FlexPass voucher, you may do so online or by contacting the Box Office at 626.356.3121. For a step-by-step guide on redeeming your FlexPass online, click here.

Note: FlexPass redemption begins May 27th.

Refunds Policy

All sales are final. A Noise Within tickets are non-refundable.

Dynamic Pricing

All A Noise Within ticket prices are based on demand. As performance dates get closer and seats become more scarce, prices may increase. For the best possible prices, we suggest purchasing as far in advance as convenient or lock in the best price on our best seats with a subscription. For up-to-the-minute pricing, contact the Box Office at 626.356.3121.

Cashless Policy

We are a cashless venue. Only credit cards and debit cards will be accepted at all points of purchase.

Lost or Forgotten Tickets

If you forgot or lost your tickets, we will reprint them at the Box Office.

Covid-19 Policies
