John M. McElveney

2021-2022 Season: Properties Designer, All’s Well That Ends Well

John was an Equity Stage Manager and Lighting Designer for many years before joining ABC Television as a Unit/Production Manager where he worked on many sit-coms, specials and awards shows. He was Production Manager for The Emmys and Senior Production Manager for many Academy Awards Presentations. With the group called MacAndME, he designed properties at the Colony Theatre in Burbank (over 50), at the Falcon/Garry Marshall Theatre (15), Ensemble Theatre Company in Santa Barbara (9), and several each at Sierra Madre Playhouse and Main Street Theatre Co. in Rancho Cucamonga. He is past President of the Pasadena Playhouse Alumni and Associates. Special thanks to LA Opera!
