Before coming to A Noise Within, Alicia Green worked as the ASAP Arts Coordinator for LA’s BEST, an after-school program serving 28,000+ students in the Los Angeles Unified School District every day. Prior to that, she was a Theater Teaching Artist with Spirit Series, an organization that worked to incorporate drama into the curriculum for 4th-8th graders in the public/private/charter sectors throughout the Los Angeles area. Alicia and her husband, Trevor, relocated to Los Angeles from New York City three years ago, where she had 11 years’ experience working as an actor and Teaching Artist. Additionally, she has worked as the Education Coordinator and teaching artist at Flushing Town Hall-Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts and as a lead teaching artist at Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
