Conner Criswell currently serves as Managing Director of A Noise Within, having previously served as the company's General Manager during his first three seasons with the organization.

With an M.A. in Art and Culture Management from the University of Denver and a background spanning producing, contract negotiation, fundraising, sales, and guest services, including leadership roles at Orlando Shakespeare Theater and Walt Disney World Resort, Conner brings both strategic expertise and deep care for the audience experience.
