Cynthia Naideau, Development Manager

Originally from Long Island, NY, Cynthia has lived in Los Angeles since 2013. Her passion for the arts stems from the ingrained ideals of community and creativity exhibited throughout her childhood as she participated in music, dance, theatre, and the visual arts. Cynthia has worked with nonprofit visual arts organizations in New York and Los Angeles, such as Con Artist Collective and Art Share L.A., and is thrilled to continue working in the arts full-time as ANW’s Development Associate. She received her B.A. from Occidental College in Art History + the Visual Arts and an M.S. in Arts Administration + Museum Leadership from Drexel University. She highly values relationship building and communicating with the audience of her organization, whose stories and shared passion for the arts motivate her fundraising drive. Her hopes for the future of the art world are a focus on sustainability and creating more accessible and inclusive environments.
