Cynthia Naideau, Development Associate

Originally from Long Island, NY, Cynthia has lived in Los Angeles since 2013. Her passion for the arts stems from the ingrained ideals of community and creativity exhibited throughout her childhood as she participated in music, dance, theatre, and the visual arts. Cynthia has worked with nonprofit visual arts organizations in New York and Los Angeles, such as Con Artist Collective and Art Share L.A., and is thrilled to continue working in the arts full-time as ANW’s Development Assistant. She received her B.A. from Occidental College in Art History and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Arts Administration from Drexel University. Her hopes for the future of the art world are a focus on sustainability and creating more accessible and inclusive environments. Outside of the workplace, she practices yoga, enjoys cooking, and cares for her family of house plants and two cats.
