All the World’s a Stage

For ages 6-9

This program is designed on a week-by-week basis so kids can pick and choose, or take all five weeks! Students will engage directly with Shakespearean texts and build on basic acting skills. This camp will instill self-confidence and public speaking skills and encourage use of imagination. All weeks include literacy components and encourage learning while having fun!

June 20 – July 21, Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm (No class on Monday, June 19 or Tuesday, July 4)

Tuition

$425 per week or $1,700 for all 5 weeks
Returning students get a $50 discount!

Camp Weeks

Week 1: June 20 – 23 (no class Monday, June 19) | Comedies (You’ll laugh!)

      • Scene work and monologues
      • Improv
      • Magic
      • Elizabethan Dance
      • Sword Play
      • Commedia

Week 2: June 26 – 30  | Tragedies (You’ll cry!)

      • Scene work and monologues
      • Magic
      • Sword Play
      • Stage Combat
      • Improv

Week 3: July 3 – July 7 (no class Tuesday, July 4) | Histories and Romances (You’ll laugh AND you’ll cry!)

      • Scene work and monologues
      • Sword Play
      • Magic
      • Family Trees

Weeks 4 & 5: July 10 – 21 | Two-Week Performance Intensive – SOLD OUT

      • Each group will put up a Shakespearean play at the end of the two weeks!
      • Students will make their own sets!
      • Students will make their own costumes!
      • Students will learn a dance for their play!
