Advertisement Deadlines:
Playbill printing occurs twice a year in September and February. Deadlines are as follows:
August 15: Runs September - December
January 15: Runs February - May
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due by the advertisement deadline. Half season ads also available. Call for pricing. No refunds.
Guidelines:
Advertisements are subject to acceptance as to character, layout, text and design. Only print ready electronic files will be accepted. Electronic file must be accompanied by a hardcopy proof.
Files must be 300 dpi and saved in one of the following formats: Quark, Tiff, EPS or PDF. Please include all necessary fonts and linked files.
