Support Expanded Programs in Arts Education

A Noise Within will not only serve as an arts venue, but as the only educational center of its kind, solidifying its position to become the region's premier education resource for the great works of classic literature.
A Noise Within currently serves 10,000 students 6th grade to college, from over 100 schools throughout Southern California. The new facility will:
- Allow for greater access to the classics by doubling student participation to 20,000 annually
- House an education resource center - "The Classics Live! Learning Center" - for teachers and students that will include a library of audio-visual resources, as well as a wealth of study guides, reference and curricula all designed to bring the classics to life
- Provide additional professional development opportunities for educators
- Expand opportunities for in-class programs such as a semester-long residency component allowing students the opportunity to explore the plays, language, history and culture of Shakespeare's England through weekly courses with A Noise Within resident artists
- Offer a wider range of classes for artists at all stages of development
- Expand our Professional Internship program
